The current situation is as follows:

  • All overdue charges remain suspended indefinitely
  • You will still receive reminder emails when loans are due to be returned
  • Loan periods have been extended to 6 weeks

If you receive an email saying a title is due back, you can renew it online at:

https://www.suffolklibraries.co.uk (click or tap the login button at the top of the screen)

Simply enter your card number and PIN and follow the instructions.

If you are having any problems renewing titles, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help. They work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm:

- 01473 351249

Please note we are receiving lots of calls at the moment, so please leave a message if prompted. We will deal with your query as soon as possible.
