Consultation on Firework Displays

Local residents are being invited to share their views on whether the rules for firework displays on council-owned land should be reconsidered.   

As part of its responsibility to protect East Suffolk’s communities, animals and environment, East Suffolk Council is carrying out a review into firework displays on council-owned land and has launched a new consultation to better understand how residents feel about them.

Mary Mann has resigned as Parish Councillor

The Parish Council is sad to report that Mary Mann has decided step down as councillor. Mary has served on the Parish Council for many years and her presence at meetings will be missed. Over the years, she has taken part in many of the initiatives that the Council has undertaken and helped make the important decisions that make Dennington what it is today. The Chairman would like to thank Mary for all the time and effort that she has made during her role as Councillor.
